Hired Otto's team to do tuckpointing on front and back of our 57 year old brick house as well as repair and apply Concrete Renew to a crumbling concrete step. Brian worked meticulously to do tuckpointing over a few days and despite missing a few hard spots, Otto was quick to come check the work and agreed that the work needed to be finished properly. They didn't hound us to get paid until we were completely satisfied. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future masonry work and recommend them to others.

Our original GC (General Contractor) did such as horrible job of our concrete - multiple (3 or more) full thickness cracks within MONTHS of pouring. It was NOT done to code. Looked horrible also. We called Otto's to replace it. They did an amazing job. They showed up on time, did a very thorough job, finished on time. They even corrected some of the many mistakes made by our GC which were not originally contracted for.

We hired Otto to install flagstones on our patio steps and landing as well as repair sunken interlock. Despite inclement weather Otto's team worked through the cold and snow to get the work done on time. His crew are reliable, professional craftsmen who showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after every shift. Otto checked the work and asked us for our feedback along the way. The work was well done, done on time despite the weather. I would not hesitate to recommend Otto and his team of craftsmen.

My front steps had been crumbling and one of the pillars of the porch, built in 1923, appeared to have shifted. I hired Otto’s to demolish and rebuild the steps. Once they dug down, they found the pillars were not sufficiently deep (not unusual in a house of this age). At no extra cost they poured a pad and supported the pillars before pouring the steps. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and very good about keeping me in the loop.

Brian, the estimator arrived the next day after I called for service. A team arrived to leave a scaffold at the job site right after I agreed for the project. The team came back the next morning to begin work. The project was completed and cleaned up in 10 hours within the same day. I was very please with the works. The final result exceeded my expectations.Otto, the owner, was frequently on-site to review and make necessary adjustments. Marvin was the forman and handled every request, even major changes and last minute ones, like a true professional. Imagine someone saying to you, “Anything you want Bill. We can do it.” Nish expertly managed the retaining wall. And Ramón worked very hard on heavy tasks.The office staff, Maryanna and Marie-Jo, were incredibly accommodating and efficient. One noteworthy observation was the pride that each team member took in their work. This pride was evident in the quality of the job. The rest of the team included Boochi, Raman, Carlos, and Alex, all of whom were outstanding in their roles. The fact that I remember all their names speaks volumes about the positive impression they left.I highly recommend Otto's Masonry for any project.

Otto's Masonry replaced our existing wooden front porch steps with concrete steps and renovated the concrete porch slab. After the work was done, the team quickly addressed my request for two finishing touches and I was very happy with the end result. The staff at the office were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated they always responded promptly to emails.
